Supported Competency-Driven Growth CSC supported the push towards competency-driven growth across the Public Service. For instance, the College refreshed the Compliance and Enforcement Competency Framework, including a review of job functions and behavioural indicators at different proficiency levels. The College also collaborated with the Public Service. The College’s strategy in retaining a mix of face-to-face and virtual oferings allowed us to make quick adjustments to evolving demands throughout the year, scaling up face-to-face oferings when safe.
