Indeed, experts believe that the next big digital transformation in how we live, communicate, work, trade and learn will be driven by Artificial Intelligence (AI) [83]. This paper presents a high-level industrial and academic overview of AI in Education (AIEd). We begin with a discussion of the tools we used to experiment with digital methods for data collection and analysis. This paper then examines how AI in education systems are being conceived, hyped, and potentially deployed into global education contexts. Recent advancements in AI have profoundly impacted multiple aspects of life, including education and business.

Recent advancements in AI have profoundly impacted multiple aspects of life, including education and business. This vision poses upcoming challenges for our next generation to learn about AI.
