I have been converting Excel Spreadsheets to PDF for years. Since changing to a Mac from a Windows desktop, i no longer have the option under file to "Save as PDF". I have to use the "Create & share Adobe PDF" on the main screen. I am having a problem with fonts not appearing as they should, specifically using MS Excel. I have tried using File->Print->Adobe PDF File->Print->Microsoft Print to PDF File->Save as Adobe PDF Within the preferences of Distiller (or directly in Excel), I have it set to Embed all fonts, Embed Op... If you are converting Excel>PDF format. Open Excel sheet, click on Acrobat PDFMaker tab>Preferences, under "Settings" tab click on "Advanced Settings" then Click on Fonts category and make sure "Embed all fonts" and "Subset embedded fonts when the percent of characters used is less than: ... " are checked. The link doesn't work for me, but assuming this is a normal Acrobat PDF form (not one created using LiveCycle Designer, for example), then it should be possible, yes. Whilst converting from Excel to PDF, I lose all the decimal points. So, for example, 2.50 looks like 250. I am using your Acrobat Pro XII trial version, I am running Excel 2016 for PC. I have hyperlinks in my excel form and when I convert it to PDF they do not transfer over.
