Hi everyone, I was wondering if there was a way to remove unneeded packages in pacman. By unneeded I mean the packages that are installed as a dependency of another. and since then I get errors about broken dependencies with /usr/lib/libssl.so.3 and OPENSSL_3.2.0 I'm trying to update a system that hasn't been booted in around a year When I try to run pacman -Syu I get:

I know what I am doing and want to force install my package. But I. Recently installed snap and flatpak. Now pacman fails to run due to libgpgme.so.11 not being found here is some stuff that might be needed for context I think I need to find a way to install icu.75 onto my system to allow pacman to function correctly and properly update. I really appreciate your time assisting.
